We aim to have all orders out the door within 1 business day -- same day if received before 2pm EST! 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all US addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO. Shipping is free for orders above $99 and a flat $4.99 otherwise.

Free / Flat-rate Shipping

This shipping method typically uses UPS SurePost, which includes delivery by UPS to your local USPS office and then final delivery by USPS. This delivery method typically takes 1-2 days more than UPS Ground (see below). Tracking is available on the UPS website.

Media, including books and magazines, will ship via USPS Media Mail.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO orders usually ship with USPS.

UPS Ground / USPS Priority Mail

UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping upgrades are available for a modest surcharge and are typically several days faster than our free economy shipping. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and tracking is available on the UPS or USPS websites. For most Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern states, UPS Ground delivers within 1 business day!

UPS Next Day Air

For a more expedited option, choose UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air on checkout. These orders must be placed by 2pm EST to ship same day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will ship the following Monday. UPS weekend delivery is not available, so please bear in mind that orders placed just before the weekend may not arrive until the following Monday. This option is not available for APO/FPO or Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders. Tracking is available on the UPS website.

Pickup in Store

Our online inventory is warehoused separately and purchases are not available to be picked up in store at this time.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time we do not provide international shipping.

RETURNS

We provide a 100% free return policy domestically. If you're not happy with a purchase, or we made a mistake, we're happy to make it right with you. Please contact us with any concerns or return requests and we'll be sure to get you a no-charge return label, or a replacement item, no questions asked. Well, no, we'll ask questions -- we're constantly seeking to improve our service offering, and it's important to know what we did wrong in order to correct the issue in the future!
