Description
Zone Mortalis conflicts take place in confined environments beyond the support of tanks or the reach of artillery fire, and often are inaccessible to larger war machines. Critical victories are won and crushing defeats are suffered within innumerable cities as the internecine war rages. The armies of Traitor and Loyalist factions lay waste to each other within fortress complexes and defence networks of thousands of beleaguered worlds, swept up in the maelstrom of Horus betrayal.
